Our Mummy & Me classes are designed to ease you back into exercise, strengthen that core and pelvic floor, and create beautiful bonds with your little one, over 8 weeks of gentle, progressive movement.

Expertly coached by Coach JoJo, with over 20 years of childcare experience, and being pre & post natal qualified, she understands the unique needs of new mums. This class is a gentle reintroduction to fitness, tailored to your postnatal body.

Post Natal Classes with Coach JoJo

Classes are 45 minutes, followed by a post class coffee and chat. Classes are for mum and pre-crawlers only. Due to the size and weight of our equipment we do not have space to allow older children or siblings.

I'm Coach JoJo, a forty something Pre and Post natal coach specialising in women's health and wellness. I have over 20 years experience working with children especially young children of preschool age and under.

This is the first fun yet functional training post natal class on the North coast for new mums. Acting as an entry level into formal exercise postpartum focusing on mobility, core, pelvic floor and functional fitness.

Our classes aim to be fun, gentle and restorative as well as functional, allowing you to gain confidence in training, and gain strength all while bonding with your little one and meeting fellow new mums.

I work at your level of fitness and will meet you where you are at, with each class designed to help you progress at your own pace, in a supportive, inclusive environment with a Coach who is passionate about new mums.

We have a custom built space, exclusively for women. where new mums can come together, relax and chat, share experiences and offer support to one another. With free tea and coffee at each class, it's also a chance to unwind!

Mobility, Core, Pelvic & Strength Focus

Focus on enhancing mobility, crucial for postnatal recovery. Specialised exercises for pelvic floor recovery to address common postpartum concerns, along with core exercises designed specifically for postnatal women, and progressive full-body strength and conditioning to regain overall fitness.

Access to our dedicated Mummy & Me coaching chat where you can connect with other mummies, ask your Coaches any questions you have, and get unlimited support through your post-natal journey. This is your sanctuary to gain valuable knowledge on nutrition, mindset, stress and more.
