How to apply

Step 1

APPLY FOR A CALL

Fill out our application form and a coach will reach out to confirm the day and time of your 15-minute consultation call. This ensures we're the right fit for each other before moving forward.

Step 2

GET SETUP

You'll gain access to our private community, Forge Female Fitness members app, education hub, and on-demand library of resources - everything you need to support your journey.

Step 3

ATTEND INTRO SESSION

We'll confirm your training days and times, then you'll attend your intro session. Our team of coaches will then build your personal programme tailored specifically to you.

Step 4

REVIEW & PROGRESS

Bi-weekly check-ins with your coach, with nutrition and mindset coaching personalised to you, and programme reviews every 4 weeks to keep you progressing.

Your Coaches

Coach JoJo

JoJo has spent 7 years helping women feel stronger and more confident through functional training that fits their lifestyle. She's obsessed with biomechanics and programmes smarter to build lasting strength. Pre and postnatally trained, plus a Precision Nutrition coach helping women build sustainable habits without restriction.

Coach Eilis

Eilis is a qualified personal trainer with 5+ years of personal gym experience and a lifelong sports background, with a degree in Cardiology. She tailors every session to individual needs and believes movement is essential for both physical and mental wellbeing. Her goal? Every woman leaves each session feeling confident and empowered.

  • The 15-minute call is pressure-free - no sales pitch, just an honest chat about where you are and whether we're the right fit. If it's not right, we'll tell you.

  • You don't need to be fit to start - most of our clients haven't exercised in years or ever stepped foot in a gym before.

  • You won't be judged - our coaches have had their own transformations and spent a decade helping women build strength and confidence.

  • It's completely private - you'll never train alongside anyone else. Just you and your coach in our custom-built ladies studio.

  • Every programme is built for YOU - whether you have injuries, health conditions, or just need to go slow - we work at your pace, not ours.
