APPLY FOR A CALL
Fill out our application form and a coach will reach out to confirm the day and time of your 15-minute consultation call. This ensures we're the right fit for each other before moving forward.

Step 2
GET SETUP
You'll gain access to our private community, Forge Female Fitness members app, education hub, and on-demand library of resources - everything you need to support your journey.

Step 3
ATTEND INTRO SESSION
We'll confirm your training days and times, then you'll attend your intro session. Our team of coaches will then build your personal programme tailored specifically to you.

Step 4
REVIEW & PROGRESS
Bi-weekly check-ins with your coach, with nutrition and mindset coaching personalised to you, and programme reviews every 4 weeks to keep you progressing.
